This is a common problem of spinal osteoarthritis, also known as spondylosis. In such cases, discs, joints and ligaments of the spine start degenerating and lose the normal curvature of the spine structure and its functions. The discs lose their cushioning effect between the spinal bones, ligaments become weak and the bones develop bony growth or spurs. These accumulated changes caused by degeneration can gradually compress one or more of the nerve root which can be very painful in some cases.

How to use:

1-2 Tablet 1 to 2 times a day or as per physician's advice along with dashamoolarishta, maharasnadi kadha, ashwagandharishta, or lukewarm water
