Description:

Bala Tailam 21 Avartita is a polyherbal formulation of sesame oil base, is used to treat arthritis, Respiratory disorders (Asthama cough), Seizures, emacination, and neurodegenerative disorders. In Ayurvedic reference, It is mainly indicated in vatavyadhi, swasa, kasa, jwara, kshatakshaya, and murcha. Teraxasterol, and neolupeolin Bala Tailam excert anti-inflammatory and antiarthritic activities. Neolupenol inhibits oedema in joint inflammation. Linalool, and spthulenol, singnificantly inhibits anti-cholinesterase activity, in the management of neurodegenerative ailments. Quercitin, and kaempferol in balataila significantly decrease degenerating neuronal cells in the hippocampus, and substantia nigra in the brain which exhibit neuroprotective effects, especially in cerebrovascular strokes and other neurodegenrative disorders. Bala Taila provides nine essential amino acids in the proportion required for protein synthesis, thus restores, and enhances muscle mass in wasting disorders. Vasinone and vasicine act as bronchodilators and relieve dyspnoea and cough caused due to bronchspasm. Glycyrrhizin in balataila reduces OVA Specific IgE levels and decreases the IgE-stimulating cytokines and thus reduces lung inflammation and mucous production. Flavones in bala taila relieves peripheral nerve damage symptoms by inhibiting myelin fragmentation and axonal degradation. Extracts in bala taila act as central analgesic and antivonvulsant by potentiation of GABA activity. Flavonoids exert an antipyretic effect by inhibiting prostaglandins involved in pyrexia. Alkaloids and flavonoids in bala taila inhibits COX and LOX enzymes and thus possess anti-inflammatory acitivity.

How to use:

2 capsules twice a day with warm milk or luke warm water before food in acute condition followed by 1 capsule twice a day for 3-6 months or as directed by the Physician
