How to use

For external use, clean the affected area with warm water and gently rub the ointment into the skin two to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Covering with a bandage might be necessary. For cracked heels, soaking feet before application and wearing cotton socks afterwards can enhance absorption.
