नाल्पामरादि (क्षीरीवृक्षादि) तैलम्
त्रिफला क्षीरिवृक्षत्वक् सेव्यं कुष्ठं च चन्दनन् ।
मंजिष्ठा चोरकश्चैव कल्कयेदगुरुं तथा।
आर्द्रायास्तु हरिद्रायाः रसे पर्पटजे तथा।।
तैलं पक्त्वा लेपनात् तन्नाशयेन्मात्र संशयः।।
पामां कण्डूं च पिडकां कुष्ठं वीसर्पकं तथा।।
Nālpāmara means four kşiri vriksa tvak viz nyagrodha, udumbara, aśvattha and plaksa in malayalam. Since these are the ingredients in this preparation, it is known as Nālpāmarādi Tailam. Sanskrit and Malayalam mixed version of this formulation is as follows:
